Idle problems 2007 Clio 1.2 16v

  renault clio
Hi, I'm just wondering if any of you guys could diagnose a problem I've started to have recently with my car. From cold it seems fine, idles fine etc... Once it's warmed up is when I get the problem. The revs seem to be really low and it dips up and down (all under 1k). Also when the cars running I can hear air being sucked in somewhere (sound like behind the centre of the engine), when I turn the engine off I can hear a sucking sound which lasts for a couple of seconds. I've checked the air filter, breather pipe for splits or cracks and all is fine. The car does need a rocker cover gasket which I've ordered. But I don't think this is related. My knowledge on engines isn't my strong point so any help or advice would be great, thanks.
Danny.
