Idling and juddering?

My friend has a 1.4 clio 2003. In december she had juddering on her clio which was fixed twice by a garage on seperate occosions by new spark plugs and replacing the coil pack. She rang me tonight and told me that her yellow light is on the dash and that when the car is idling its going up and down and that the car has no power? Bearing in mind that the plugs and c.pack have been replaced. What else could it be?

could i use my rs tuner to read the engine fault code? maybe a silly question?

There pencil coils on the K4j's and work in pairs. It will be the paired coil to the one you have replaced already.

If you replaced cylinder 1 last time, it will be cylinder 4. And the other way round.
Same with cylinders 2 and 3.

And remeber cylinder 1 on Renaults is flywheel end.

apparently they replaced both packs....so i told?
