illegal Number plates

Has anyone on here had any fines or anything done to them by the police regarding modified or illegal number plates.

Have they made this a points worthy issue yet or is it still a fine or talking to?

mine is only modified to make the 5 look more like an "S" ...

i got one of the small plates made up at donny north but i still havent had the guts to put it on yet

i had mine illegal a few months back, they were about as illegal as u can get

i live in essex where police didnt really care but wen i went to bournemouth uni i was pulled over quite soon

a lot of it depends on if they are busy at the time, if they can be bothered and how illegal the plate is

i got a 7 day wonder that was all
