Illustrator help

I can't seem to manage the simplist of things with this damn program. How do I put a slant on a rectangle?

Thank you but I can't find a skew option. I have managed roughtly via means of shift and left clicking on corners, but it's a bit of a mess right now lol

Under the scale tool on the tool bar is a shear tool
