Why not, but its always a risk

We only send cars to the auction if they're f**ked!

You're the sort of garage to steer clear of then!!! ^^^^

A friend of ours has a Vauxhall garage and if someone trades in something like a Clio, Fiesta, Focus etc they get sent to auction and not because they have anything wrong it's just that they prefer to sell Vauxhalls!

Also most garages don't want cars over a certain age or mileage and will send them to auction and not because there's anything wrong at all!

Just have a good look over and under it.... chances are, the majority of cars are OK, especially as they are much cheaper than from a garage!

auctions are superb if you know what to look for, not everything there is broken. There is a Jap import auction ive been to a few times, i love it.

  172 MKII FF
I got my 172 FF MK2 2002 46k from Brighouse auction for £4,250. But i've had to have a new cambelt, service, exhaust (my choice) and few other repairs which have so far mounted up to £1,200. I thought i'd got it at a bargain but didn't know about the cambelt and service requirements until a few week later had past.
