Im going to GO MAD!!!!!

I should have got my car back today, its been 2 WEEKS!!! I just phoned them and they have fitted the gearbox but said they have ordered a new drive shaft!! WHAT?? I have only done 11k miles I have never done a shaft let alone in 11k miles!!! What is it with RENAULT they are sh*t!!!!!

Lol.... No ive never done a shaft before.... I have tried but failed... looks like I should have owned a renault then I could have... you done your shafts then?
