I have a clio mk2
I'm planning on investing in coilovers but how low would you think would look good on these stock alloys?

Any photos of your lowered clio's would be appreciated

this just get some sportlines from eibach as they have great resale value and if you buy a RS in the future you can transfer them...
for good handling you'll need wheels which take wider tyres. maybe look at some cheap rs wheels which support 195's?

this... I went from steels to 182 alloys (205's) and its a world of difference at how good the handling now is! I have some apex springs to go on at the weekend too

Is £170 a good price for a set of sportlines?

I like them they lower by just the right amount!

Phil, secondhand you can pick them up around £100 if you hunt about.
for new, then £170 about right iirc.
