In-Phase. Any good?

There's a guy at my work selling some 6x9's made by in-phase.. They are going quite cheap at £20 for the pair, ive seen the condition and they look mint! They are yellow and black aswell so matches the colour scheme for my car.. I was just wondering if anyone knew about this make? As ive never heard of it before, im a bit weary.. Mind you, Cant go wrong with £20 lol.. Think they are 400w each too, will that be loud?

wattage of speakers doesnt relate to how loud they can go, you need a powerfull amp to make and/or efficient speakers to make volume.

Have never heard of in-phase but as you said, £20 you cant go wrong really.

i have some in my car, and they are pretty good tbh, especially for the cost. mine are carbon kevlar thingamagigy stuff...

get some amped up components in the front instead

a friend of mine works for in-phase that is in nottingham an i would personally say that some of there speakers are good quality for the entry level but when you look for some 13cm speakers for the front doors they dont fit at all unless you mod the holder of course then yea they are fairly powerful when done with a amp.
