Increase performance?

Hi. I have a 2002 1.2 8v and was hoping to get some advice on how I could increase the performance. I have looked at panel filters, induction kits, boost valves etc. Just wondering what would work best? (info on prices and links would be great)

Not really going to get much from it mate without spending mega£££, stick a decat and straight through zorst, for a bit of noise stick a filter on it...

I know im not gonna get much increase in bhp. But what about improve throttle response or torque? Would upgrading the backbox or whole exhaust make a difference.

a decat would prob make i a bit more punchier, probably. dont think a back box really does anything in most cases unless its a proper race spec one, it will sound nicer though

We all get blagged enough in the real world with people trying to sell us stuff; don’t need it when we come on here as well.

The forum members on here who have ordered and delt with John seem inpressed with the price and service so whats the problem with Max Power.

I don't see the issue realy in John advertising his companies products I can see the issue turning up more and more and a new forum section was mentioned for traders, but he only put a link to his site he didn't recomend anything.

maxpower = over priced, non factual descriptions based on weather the company gives them a shed load of cash or not, if they do a good review is given, probably to a sub standard product.

What is the difference between this and the sort of comment Fred posts, normally along the lines of 'Ring me you gay, I don't do texts' LOL.
John is simply saying he is there to advise, as Fred and many others normally do.

From my experience of 2modified, if the product doens't fit the need, it won't be sold. I can highly recommend John as a genuine guy, very competitive pricing and more than happy to have a chat.

I dont see a problem with john posting a link. He has not given any advice and people who post here are interested in sites like Johns. He does not have to buy anything but its always good to browse
Juelz is obviously aware he is not going to get much from his little 1.2 he said that. If Juelz wants to he only needs to do a search on this forum to find out all he needs about his car.

Best value for mones power modiication is to strip the car right out anything which doesn't hold the car together can go it will make you go stop and go round bends faster for free.

Otherwise get a 172 engine gearbox suspension brake etc from Matt for £1.5k+ vat and fit that.

john is very helpful and sells at a price which in most cases is a lot less than anywhere else! he has also offered groups buys which a lot of members have been happy with!

as for you last comment about overpriced rubbish! dont be a loser! john sells quality brands not halfrauds ripspeed shite!
