Indicator sound

Is there any way to disconnect the sound for the indicators?

Ive been holding it down so that it doesnt go off before the turning and obviously worn the mechanism to turn it off automatically. Now the clicking sound is going off every15 seconds or so and is gettig quite annoying.

are you sure when it clicks the indicator isnt actually on and its just a worn stalk making them come on intermittantly?

Any idea on howmuch it would be? Could i just get parts from a scarppy and do it myself?

No they dont come on, the stalk is a bit lower and feels loose

No idea how to solve your problem, but I congratulate you in your efforts for indicating properly, something which isn't done enough on the roads!
