Induction kit +exhaust

I know these have been covered separately probably a million times but please help me,

Looking to get an induction kit and then a while later an exhaust for my 1.2 16v dynamique,

Recommendations please.

Would like a nice grrr sound and maybe a little power gain if poss.

Cant comment on IKs but I highly recommend K-Tecs exhausts. Awesome, best on the market IMO.

I tried a Viper on my 1.2 16V (normally run a PiperX S-Spec) and DAMN THAT THING IS LOUD!!!!!!! Much louder than the S-Spec!!! Felt quicker too

Go 4 a K-tec system, [nice and loud ] + pipercross filter with a K-tec relocation kit.

How loud we talking about with the ktec exhaust? I dont want it brain rattling loud just get the feck outta my way kinda loud!!

Ive got K-tec system with twin 3 inch tailpipes, just come back from the lake district [800 mile trip] Only really noticed how loud it was at 80 mph on motorway when overtaking. Around town and on minor roads sound is awesome!

id love a k-tec system, if only they werent so loud still each to there own, i might get one eventually

From what ive heard K-tec seem to do the best performance boosting exhausts and i think they always fit perfect from what ive read + u get club discount which can be a fair bit, especially on a £300 system.

Dazz, the new K-Tec systems arent as loud as the originals. Also depends on whether or not you get a de-cat!

Most people go for the straight through (unsilenced) one as it is cheaper, but this does produce a lot of the noise. Whereas the silenced version will sound no different.

IMO the re-location kit looks nicer because u get a nice big stainless induction pipe + its cheaper.

Go to Powerflow and spend all day choosing a tailpipe and silencer.

I think letterbox suits latest shape clio

But you get carbon fibre and a nice red intake behind your grill.

The relocation pipe does its job by getting the filter as far away from engine heat as poss and you can tell the difference with engine response straight away! Sounds cool over 3K too!!
