Induction kit Fitting.... Easy?

Hi there,

As i think renault have managed to reset my ecu, wiping my superchip; i was thinking about getting a custom remap and get a before and after RR done.

However, i also thought, while i'm at it, i should buy an induction kit and fit it myself.

Are they easy to fit yourself then? I ve done things like pads and discs so is this similar difficulty?

Closed ? Is that the cylinder type with the cold air feed hose?

Was also wondering if they produce an increase in noise?

I dont really want it loud at normal speed until i get heavy with my right foot. Or at motorway speeds.
