Induction kit for clio 2 1.9 dti phase 1

Hi,

I have a clio 2 1.9 si dti, and was looking to get an induction kit.

I bought a stupid cone airilter from halfords but that seemed to slow the car down and probably wasn't suited to the car, since then I have put the K&N panel back on it and performance has returned to normal.

I have a stainless steel cat back on the car and the car has a tuning box raising the power from 80bhp to roughly 98bhp.

Have I exhaused all my options as far as tuning goes, the car has just hit 50k and as much as I'd love a 172/182 I can't financially afford it as I have a baby on the way and drive 25 mile round trip 6 days a week to work so the 46mpg I'm getting out of the diesel really help.

The induction kit WILL slow the car down, not a fan of the alloys either sorry.

Theres not many clios with that engine. Its more less the same engine thats in a 1.9 renault traffic, some van companies/tuners do kits for vans, might be worth doing a search.

thanks davebem, I had noticed the engine appeared to be the same as the one in the traffic but wasn't 100%, now I have a starting point anyway
