I recently fitted an enclosed induction kit (universal fitting) with a CAF to my car.
Which is a 1.2 8v Campus.
When the car is running and driving it's fine.
But when I leave the engine on idle, I get a whirring/suction/spinning noise coming from the engine bay, and the frequency increases as the engine gets warmer. It comes on for about 20 secs and then whatever it is revs back down and the noise dissipates and goes away, but it comes back if I leave the car in idle.
It's quite loud as well as I can hear sitting inside the car and I would assume someone walking past would hear it also from 20 meters or so away.
I've never had this before having the kit fitted.
Any ideas what this is?
