It just doesnt look low enough to pull them off, I feel like I shouldnt be able to a see any arch gap.

I think that too, it has to be stupidly low to pull them off.

Like the look of these mate, but think it'd look even better (as some have already suggested) if you went a little lower.

Needs to be a fair bit lower to pull them off IMO and those mudflaps look dreadful.. Each to there own though.

I will have to tweak the coilovers a bit. Wouldn't mind going a bit lower but I don't want it to alter the ride comfort. My old 1.6 was slammed and I felt every bump going through my spine lol!

Don't worry, the mud flaps are coming off. They were only meant to be on over winter to protect the paintwork.
