Bit of laquer and polish the inlet thingy

I think the idea is good, and I may do it myself... but I would hope to be able to obtain a better finish that yours. It looks too DIY for me.

after much thought i think its staying as it is! more of a satin finish to it (as the oem didnt shine to start with) mine has a fair bit of a shine to it now! i dont want it to look to bling and in your face! i could spend ages rubbing it down with some 1200 wet and dry to achive a slightly more glossy finish with imo! may look to much! Satin it is lol - just need to get my stickers on

well halfords sell some brush on paint 300oc which i was thinking should be ok?! :S

i like it but i would have done the bit around the renault sport inferno and the rest black to break it up a bit and tie it in with everything else. like this, but where mine is antharcite, its inferno.

(excuse it looking like flip paint, its not)

and paint that battery terminal cover! everyone leaves them! paint it!

when painting the plenum, make sure you fully degrease it first. You'll need to take the plenum off to degrease and paint it properly.

thanks Fubar and Chris - im not taking it off the car! (thats a bit daft i think) ill just tidy it up with some matt black paint which i have already bought and a nice brush! :approve:
