Injector Cover Removal - HOW??? Help

Car  CTR--VX220D
I had a quick look at it today as I want to do an oil change very soon...... someone said that you need to put some deep sockets into the holes that face the grill?

There is no way you can do this because there is no space between the grill and the injector cover.

So how do you get them damn thing off? :dapprove:

you don't have to take that off just use a claw filter tool, job done

IIRC its 10mm or 13mm nuts/bolts which are down the holes directly under the three vanes you can see in that pic

10mm, took it off today.

Stick the socket in first then attach the ratchet.
But like fred says you dont need to.

lol funny you should mention this - I had problems with mine staying on - clicky

At least if I get any rattles again I'll know to check this too and tighten with a 10mm before it goes to the dealers...

Mine is a bit loose.... does your car make a loud vibration noise when above 4krpm?

Im going to have a look at getting the bugger off today!
