Injector/Trumpet Size for 45mm Jenvey Throttle Bodies

  Clio 172 Sport Ph2
I've just acquired a pair of 45mm Jenvey throttle bodies inc TPS, injector rail & 270cc injectors at a rather mint price, especially since they have only done 6hours on a dyno so are virtually brand new!!!

Question I have is will the 270cc injectors be large enough the flow the fuel I'm gonna need to put these on my 172? If not what size do I need?

Also whats the best trumpet size to get for the 172?

Cheers

Lee

I used Pico 048's on mine and these ran around 60-70% duty iirc, no idea what CC these are, but would imagine it's similar.

Cheers mate - according to a quick internet search they are 215cc/min so mine are plenty if not slightly too big!!

yeah sounds like the ones on yours will outflow your fuel pump LOL. You got cams to add too, or using stock engine on ITB's? (that's what I'm doing this time round... for a bit anyway)

TheJesus - just gonna use the stock engine for the time being - already spent far too much on it as it is! LOL! Should see 200bhp I hope anyway! That coupled up with my new diff should surprise a few people out on track!

Stan* - sounds good to me - that will do nicely.

should easily make over 200bhp Lee, I'm going to be doing the same though, I've got rid of my cams and Jenveys, but will be using direct to head AT Power ITB's on my now stock engine. Hoping for 210 or there abouts, but expect it to be as quick as it was due to power delivery and better torque curve.
