Injectors getting blocked

Just got a 172 mk2. Love it apart from the heavy and brutal clutch.

lost a piston after a week, took it down to my mechanic and one injector wasnt firing. Got that replaced and mechanic said one had been done before and that wasn't a good sign.
the car is running better than before but I can still feel a little lumpiness in the lower revs.

so my question is has any body cleaned there injectors? And how would I go about doing that?

phone around a few garages to find out if they have an injector cleaning machine, if so how much. we offer this service and it's 1 hours labour in regards to the price £40

That's a good price if it's for all 4 jets, but I'm guessing it's £40 each +vat?

I believe they basically get put in an ultrasonic cleaner to remove contaminants. A specialist will monitor flow rate and pattern before and after and show you the results.
