Does anyone keep the inside of there wheels as clean as the spoke part i.e free of brakes dust/tar etc if so how? polish?sealer?wax?
this might be in the wrong sections

Yeap treat the insides as the outside, wash, clay, polish and seal.

No! After the initial prep - Just use a wheel brush and soapy water.
