Installing Replacement Seats in 172

Hi have purchased some replacement seats for my worn out 172 seats. could somone offer me some guidance as to how to install them please ... bit worried about setting off airbags etc.

If someone could give me a few tips i would really appreciate it

Disconnect the earth and airbags wont go off

Disconnect battery, simples, plugs for airbags are under the seats mate.

As for fitting them, it depends if you are fitting them to your runners, or with new runners, new runners is an under the car job, onto runners is not and is very easy.

would imagine its just a case of disconnecting battery, leave it for 20 mins, under neath the car there are the rubber grommets that hide the bolts holding the seats down, undo the bolts, lift up the seats, un plug connectors, reconnect new seats, bolt them back down, reconnect battery and job done.
