Insurance for a month, can it be done

I need to insure an old mini for just a month, 3rd party fire and theft is fine.

Any suggestion would be great!

what are the reasons? if your fully comp and someone else is the registered keeper you could drive it third party without paying.

if not add it to your policy?

well, my step dad insured my clio and i was put down on it as a named driver, I am fully comp on the clio even though I am a named driver. So, is it ok for me to drive the mini and i will be insured right?

get ur certificate of insurance out and it will tell u on there.

No, beacuse it covers the policy holder to drive it, not you.

The only way around it that i can see unless you find a company that insures for short periods of time, is to pay for the polkicy and as ong as you pay up front all of it you shoudl get everythign you havent paid back

you have to be the policy holder, and be over 25 in MOST cases.

Try ringing rnd for insurance, and remember u cant insure the mini twice ie. if someone has already got it insured.

If some else has it insured pay them the extra to put you as a named driver. IIRC budget used to do monthly insurance.

BTW minis are cool this is my old one!
