Insurance go up?

I want to put some 15" oz superturismo's on my dynamique... but mom n dad said no cus they dont wanna pay the extra bomb load on insurance... Will it really be that much? I already pay £2000 from churchill. Only 17 ..

How much u guys guess it would be?

A few hundred quid at least... and why on earth are you paying 2k for insurance on a 1.2? Did you shop around?

When I put alloys on my policy at 17 it was only £50 but different insurers charge more.

My insurer at that time was NU.

Yeh i did shop around... and yeh they bought the car and insured it lol...... The most expensive quote i got was the AA £3400... lol direct line was like 2.8k.... And churchill proved cheapest... cheapest on confused was £2.6k. Quinn is it? Gave me a cheaper quote... like 1900... but limited miles and no 3rd party on other vehicles.....

So around a few hundred??? Sound like that shat on that idea.....

when i was 17 i had a clio 1.4 alize and it cost £1200 fulyl comp on my own from norwich union. not with them now though.

Pass plus helped alot btw.

by 18 yo bro has a 54 1.2 dynamique the pass plus halved his insurance quote to 1400 with NU, fully comp uptp 10k but no driving other cars but most places make you wait till your 25. its only £100 more than my insurance on an identical car.

anyone who is over 19 can use brentacre, they allow any cosmetic mods and performance mods of up to 10bhp to full exhaust, induction kit, manifold also lowering. then if you want more performance mods you can pay more in bands of power increase
