do cars change groups based on age?

for example say a fiesta xr2 would of been a high group 10 years ago but is it still that high considering they arnt attractive to the criminal mind as much?

they do change but its to do with availability of parts etc and cost of repair and stuf



xr2 is still about group 12 i think
