Besides you can only fake 2 years no claims anyway, you're only 19, so you could've only held your licence for 2 years. And the max a pass plus course will discount you with any insurer is about 5%, they're not stupid, they know anyone can do a pass plus.
sorry mate ur wrong! i got quoted with norwich union and i paid what they asked then did pass plus nxt week and they took 30% off straight away.
