Insurance on a 350z!

Looked on elephant at insuring a 350z, was shocked that to insure a 350z would cost exactly the same as I'm paying for my 182 - £950!

The reason I'm shocked is that I'm only 22!

It is good that it is the same. But £950 is quite a bit on a 182 at 22. Mine was only £550 on my 172 Cup.

reggy - young drivers always get shafted, but my modded 1.2 was around that (21 1st car)

That was with privlege. Was 22 with 4 (or may be 5 actually) years NCB. NCB was also protected. Was about £500 without the protected NCB.

I then bought a DC5 and the insurance shot up to £1250 :dapprove:

yeah shopped around oggy most of them were around £1500 to £2000

if yours was with 5 years ncb it would make a big difference

22, 4yrs ncb and best quote I have had is £700ish. To protect my ncb is about £150!

Insurance is to unstable... 18 1.2 clio = just short of 2g. 21, E46 M3 - same price.
