Insurance on the 197 cup?????

Hi guys I am picking up my cup in January and need some help!
Bell have quoted me a shade over £1000, £1030 actually. I had a claim this year and lost my two year NCB.
I have been driving for 4 years and have had one claim this year worth £2000
I am 23 years old and Would like to find a cheaper quote if I could?
Any ideas guys. I do about 9k miles a year as well.
Abit of help any isurers you know ect will be great. If I can get near £900 it would be smashing.
That quote was with bell is with my mother on as a named driver as well, shes 48 with full NCB.

i was getting stupid quotes like 1600 quid on my 182 and with norwich union £1900, then out of intrest i phoned direct line they quoted me 600quid over the phone so i got an online quote with them it was just over 300quid.

Privilage were the chepest i could find when insuring my R27...£850 a, i was 22 at the time (end of October), 2 years no claims, more than 3 years driving experience, garaged, 12k a year, mum 2nd driver, gf as 3rd driver...
