Interior rattling and squeaks on my 172! grrr

Hi,

I have some major creaking and rattling coming from what I think is the driver door and also the plastic panels either side of the rear seats. It sounds like there might be some noise coming from the door pillar on the drivers side aswell, but I've yet to work out where exactly.

The rattling sounds like the plastic squeaking. The cars done about 50k and is in really good nick. Unfortunately this really lets it down and is a bit embarrasing.

Has anyone had these problem and can they offer any advice on ways to get rid it? Failing that I'll probably have to send it to Renault and pay them seventy quid an hour to tell me they can't do nothing! lol

Yes I get a lots of squeaking and creaking mine. I do got a loud knocking noise from what sounds to be passenger rear area - i haven't managed to suss out exactly what it is, but it is annoying.

My door cards wouldcreak alot and the inside of my door vibrates due to the plastic inside it, sorted it out with some sound deadening, i got some e-dead off ebay, its great stuff and will stop all rattes and creaks from the doors.

I did a search on ebay for e-dead and it came back with nothing...

Do you know who the seller is?

I hate these rattles and creaks, it makes the car sounds so crap when ppl are in it!
