Interior Scratches

Hi
I have several scratches on my interior where the previous owner clearly opened their glove box by dragging their ring finger up the box to the lever, and getting into the car wearing football boots with spikes instead of studs and dragging them over all the trim on the way in. Is there any tips/tricks/products to reducing these these?
I was thinking about AG Vinyl Care with a good buff, then finished with a product to take away the shine such as AG interior shampoo?

How deep are they?

some of them are white! So thinking some kind of touch up require? Some just like surface scratches

New peice of trim or getting it re textured then at a guess

I'm getting all my plastic trim painted satin black to match my doors, and an alcantara dash
