Intermittent problem, help..

I know theae many threads on this but my Serv esp and abs lights are on for a few days even when turn ignition off back on etc then they can be off for a few hours then back on etc. adjusted brake pedal switch. Seemed to work for a day and now back to intermittent. Can a sensor be intermittent? As if it aaaa ring surely it would be consistent? Thanks

No will check first thing. Been thinking about refreshing it with some motul 660 so if it's low got myself a job for the afternoon. Started whining pretty bad wen turning too so might change the power steering fluid whilst I'm at it

172 phase 2. I bought it about 5 weeks ago with a hole in the gearbox, diff had blown through. The entire car was mechanically pretty bad so just been going through everything like mounts, suspension etc etc. keeps developing problems but I don't mind all that much as engine is sweet and low mileage and just had dephaser done before I bought it. So getting there eventually , bought it for the tracks only but using it as a daily until February

Yeah I have been taking pictures kinda as I've been going along the way. Just couldn't work out how to upload them. Downloaded tapatalk so when I get some time this weekend I'll start a thread. It's my first French car, always had japanese then come form an Audi TT to this, easy to work on I find but just so many little niggly issues. Think I'm just starting to get used to a non turbo power deliver again too, must have got lazy, not to mention 2wd from Quattro 4wd.
