iOS Auto-Enhance

As I was messing about os on a flight earlier, I noticed that every photo that I had editied using the auto-enhance feature is massively reduced in resolution.

For example, an 8MP photo is resized to almost 1MP! That's a massive downsize.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Pretty annoyed that most of my photos are downsized due to this, and I can't seem to undo it to get the high res photo back

Aye takes every picture to under 1mb in size by an absolute mile! I use auto enhance to downsize pics to upload to the e46 forum. Not sure what happens when you take auto enhance off
