iphone 4 insurance

i have a iphone 4 which is in pretty bad condition due to working on building sites . i want to get mobile phone insurance on it and then accidently lose it protect my boubble have really bad reviews about them. iv heard barclays bank offer mobile phone insurance for £5.00 plus other things . has anyone ever claimed with barclays and they have paid out and how long?
