Yup, find it pretty s**t that they have not mentioned anything about it tbh. Although I think pricing should be announced pretty soon now Apple have released theirs.

But I have a holiday coming up and I wanted to buy the 32gb from 02 and pocket the change for holiday spends.

I'd rather pay a bit more upfront than be locked into a contract for 18/24 months. Financial situations beyond my control may arise during that time and maybe I cannot pay my contract, this way I don't need to worry about that.

I already have an Orange contract which has 15 months left. Paying £28 a month for a load of minutes, texts and unlimited data. Just sold my unlocked and rooted HTC Desire for £385. So leaves me to pay £115 for the Handset and stay on a decent Tariff. Although may hold out for the Orange PAYG prices.
