Got to O2 in York @ 7, atleast 50 people in the queue. First in line had been there since 11PM y/day lol.

Friend walks past and says oh I work at P4U and we have one left. Left the missus at O2 and went to P4U, rang @ 8 on the dot and got through. O2 were absolutely w**k, asked why we were calling, cailmed a payment needed to be made to buy the contract out (contract had ended) and then hung up! Rang ever since until my missus got one from O2 @ 11 and still not a single O2 upgrade made in P4U.

Voda and Orange had people in and out in 5 mins lol.

It's very, very nice. I put a deposit on the last one at P4U but wondering whether to just get my money back...

Where you get £215 for 3G? Highest I've seen it £180 @ envirophone.

CEX (Computer Exchange) will give £216 for a mint unlocked one, mine is a month old after Apple replaced it!

Had a go on an iPhone4 in Vodafone and this doesn't change everything again. Feels exactly the same using text messaging, calls, email and internet but the camera is an improvement. I'll probably still get one in a few months though!

So something like I paid this time last year.

But I don't need another 45£ contract with my other work. so 25£ over 24 months it is.

This may sound stupid, but that has worked out nicely as one contract ends next July, this one will end July after.

Reserved one at P4U, booked a holiday today to go pick it up and they had 1 arrive. Apparantly they had 25 other angry customers before me!

If you paid for it the first time you should be able to downoad again for free if logged into the same itunes account on new iPhone.

Admittedly trying to get through to o2 was a b**ch!

Cost me a grand total of £19 upfront, buying out 7 months of contract and signing up to another 18m £35p/m contract (sold my 3gs for £300, 179 for handset, 140 for buy out)
