LOL, After seeing my dads full spec 27" iMac, that's all i want now!

It's f*cking amazing!

Im happy without an iPad.

Lol. Apple cripple me.

iMac/iPad/iPhone4 are coming soon. iPad might have to wait a bit longer though.

And I just bought another iPod. Because clearly everyone needs 4 :S

Since my contract has ended i've now switched to £25 simplicity:) for my iphone and am now waiting for the iphone 4 saving me £10 a month there. awesome!

This may sound like a retarded comment (as I know nothing about SIM cards and how they work), but looking at the OP and the pic of the micro sim compared to a standard sim...can you not just cut down a regular sim card to the size of a micro sim? The chip looks exactly the same..?

I'm hoping prices are as per 3GS, I don't mind paying £40 pm if the phone costs me under £100 (o2). But MysticTom and MysticRevels don't have the pricing yet.

And the new materials and the front facing camera, and the flash, and the new gyroscope, and the nspec! Haha, some people are tapped.

The 3G to 3GS was a waste IMO but this is definitely a worthwhile upgrade!!

pricing in the US for 'non commitment' are as $599 for 16gb, and $699 for the 32gb which equates to £484.94 for the 32gig and £415.28 for 16gig - less likely that price tbh

i hope they offer that kinda pricing on pay&go here

When's the release date in the UK? i'll be pre-ordering 2 on the 15th so i'll let you know what i think....

The wireless only facetime is a network issue here in the US not a hardware one, i would presume it can be upgraded via software once the netwroks catch up....

looks nice though ;o)

We're on holiday from the 21st, so we're going to the Apple store when we get back to pick one up.

I wasn't convinced by the white front, but the more I look at it, the more I like it.

I'm also starting to appreciate the white a lot from Engadget's pictures of hands on etc. Tricky call now!

White is for pros.

People still remember than you had to pay for white on the previous models... and even though it's free now, they still think you're Elite.

Black is for peasants. (Even though on the 4, black looks much better than before)

perfect time for me to upgrade, chuffed i didnt upgrade early,

registered my interest, so fingers crossed ill get one on launch day with it being an upgrade :D

white or black hummmm, maybe white this time

Haha good thinking. I like the fact the white will look a lot cleaner too. Engadget's pics of the black show loads of fingerprints and smudges already.

Be happy with either colour tho tbh!

I thought, after seeing the first shots that white would look crap on the front cuz of the black screen.....but I dunno.
I LOVE my white 3GS....

Having a black surround around a screen is proven to enhance the way we perceive the picture. Its why all TV's are black.

I'm torn between the two colours this time.

Black front looks nicer, but also looks a bit 3G/3GS ish.
White back is better, but not sure on the white face.

White face is the only thing that would make me have one, I hate the dual colour 3g/3gs etc, really thought it ruined the white back.

Thing putting me off the white, is that it looks kinda like a lot of other white touch screens out there, somehow the black one just looks like a better quality product (I know its not)
