Well 2G and 3G are the type of network that the phone could support. Good luck getting a 4G service.

What?

The iPhone supports GSM and UTMS (The W-CDMA variant of UTMS) on varying bands.
4G is already available in the US and some European countries (In the form of LTE)

However i agree, but not because of your reasoning.

iPhone HD is my initial feeling

It's being referred to as 4G as it's the 4th generation.

I much preferred the iPhone before it was common.

lol - you see them everywhere these days! On my travels to London nearly every fucker has one, from a teenage kid to some old grandad. If its not that, its that Balckberry thing with full qwert keyboard.

So yeh, 4G isn't actually out its just LTE is being branded as 4G. Also AT&T has said that its 4G network won't be commercially available until 2011.

WGAF if they're not 'special' any more? It's a great device, I genuinely couldn't give a toss if everyone had one.

In fact, I just gave my old 2G to my Dad and he loves it because it's easy to use! :)

I think it'll be called 34G and modelled on Jordan's breast.

Who gives a f**k, it'll be good and popular - they always are. Fan boi's innit.

As long as it does everything is currently does better then it'll get Jobs some more mirrions. I'd like to see a better camera probably, and as Tom says HD. Oh and doing more than one thing at one time.
