iPhone - Picture folders?

How do you create some folder's to store different pictures etc on the phone,

i generally want to split them up as i hate them all beeing under Camera Roll,

iv just done the itunes sync thing i saw on the net, and i now have over 1gig of pictures on my iphone, which i Cant delete lol

albums in iPhoto will sync to the iphone.

Why?

Move the photos from the folder they sync from on the Mac, then sync to your iPhone.

It'll replace all contents of the synced folder, which will be empty.

Done.
