iphone4 help - zoomed screen?!

Can anyone help please. My mums iphone has somehow zoomed into the screen and now can't be used. Can't put in the lock code even...see pic!
Have tried to connect to my itunes to try to restore but wont let me without putting in the lock code!

Have done a reset on the phone by holding the top and front buttons but no luck.

Anyone any ideas?! Pic below...

IIRC you can go into accessiblility settings by triple tapping the home button, maybe one of those is set to on.
