ipod help

my dad gave me a 2gb ipod nano for nothing and i aint got a clue how to get songs from my computer on to it, i can get the files from my pc and put them into itunes but when i sync it, it appears to be doing it but nothing goes on the ipod itself :dapprove:​

So itunes is seeing the ipod?

If so drag and drop the songs you want on the ipod from itunes library into the ipod folder seen in the left hand side of itunes.
