Ipod (iphone) audio Link to car, with handsfree?

I have a Iphone, I need a hands free kit for a 2005 BMW Business headunit, but i also want to play my audio fromt he iphone through the car,

iPhone doesn't support A2DP, so unless you like mono sound....

The standard headunits are all tape decks!

BMW also want £180 +VAT for the unit, then i have to buy a BT kit for like £70!!
