iPod trouble

My hard drive crashed and I have had to buy a new one, is there any way of transferring the songs from the ipod to the new empty library......or do I have to download them all again?

Yes but the library is blank because its a new hard drive. The songs are only on my ipod and I want them back on the library

this is why u should back up yer tunes on yer pc , and also in itunes export the full list then n e issues are easilly resolved.

as stated anapod will get the tracks n stuff for u though ,
