If I did buy the car it would just be used for everyday use. I only do about 4/5000 miles a year so it wouldn't go up too much over the next few years

I agree with that tbh.Id want the price to be about 600 notes lower personally. Then Id expect to see a load of receipts.
Bearing in mind motorway miles put no were near as much stress on the mechanicals as hard driving does. I wouldnt be shocked to see it on its original clutch!
