Is a silenced decat louder than a standard cat?

Looking at getting a NW performance silenced cat as I don't rly want a rly loud exhaust.

At the moment I have the standard exhaust with standard cat but the centre silencer removed. So what difference in noise will I get with a silenced decat? I'm just worried a standard decat will be too loud and annoy me.

Anyone got any vids of silenced decats as an example?

i put a decat on my standard 182 exhaust and noticed no difference in sound.

I've fitted a NWPerformance silenced decat to my Ktec stealth and it's only slightly louder.

I just fitted my nw decat to my ktec stealth supersports exhaust(no center silencer) today and all I can say is if you don't want a loud exhaust don't get a standard decat it's not to bad on normal driving but once underload it's v.loud!!! But on down shifts, blips of the throttle and fast accelerating it's the best mod I have ever done!! I'll b getting some videos up soon so I'll message you to show u the volume

I fitted a ktec silenced decat and there was no increase in volume, that I could tell.
