Is changing the air filter....

  GW RS200
Is changing the air filter a job for an idiot with no car knowledge and a couple of screwdrivers, or should I just let my local garage do it while they're fitting me a new exhaust? If so, briefly whats the order of unscrewing/ rescrewing?!

Thanks!

Locate the air filter box on the car. Unscrew lid. Lift out filter. Drop in new one. Rescrew lid. Job done.

They are torx screws so you need a T30 torx bit . You can get away with using a flat blade screwdriver on a torx screw but its always best to use the correct tool for the job . Just an example of what they look like . You can usually pick up a cheap set for a few quid .

I couldn't find my T30 so indeed just used a coincidentaly-the-right-sized-flat-blade-screwdriver across the centre of each screw.

No probs!
