Very simple. As above they fall out. Pull the bench foward as if you were lowering the seats. You can then un hook it. The backrests fold down and then pull them up to get them free. No bolts at all.

hmm the back rests have the lil clips at each side, ive un clipped but then there held together in the middle by a bracket which is bolted to the floor well boot.
but everyone says they just pull out :S.

theres a torx bolt in the center undo that use an alan key if you dont have a torx bit big enough then unclip the side and out they pop.
