I currently pay £800 a year for my valver insurance and was messing around on the internet last night getting insurance quotes and managed to get a quote for a willy for £1300!

I will have about £2500 to spend in May for a car so is it willy time do you think?

Bear in mind im only 18!

that my friend would be a no - at that price i wouldnt be so sure you could find one that isnt about to fall to peices - honestly - just be careful.
