is it worth having grooved discs on the rear?

​It is my everyday car, that will do a few track days. Can't decide what to buy at the moment. Due to having to replace bearings

Standard oem on the rears.. Tony Hunter didn't rate grooved discs and doesn't have them on his race car. That's good enough for me. .

Not worth it at all on everyday stuff, they make a lot of noise too and can crack easily. just get regular discs.
