is my bmc fitted correctly? (pics)

ok my cars back on the road which is great

so i re-fitted my bmc except with some different piping that i got off a mate.

to make it fit i had to get rid of the mount that was holding the standad air box up aswell as seperating the pipes.. (i think one is the aircon pipe)

does it matter that the pipes going beneath the bmc are now touching/resting on each other?

here are some pics.. have i fitted it all ok?

Ideally you'd want to ditch the resonator box at the back to but it'll be fine like that.
