Is there a way to reprogram the ECU

Does anyone know how to reprogram the ECU on my car? I've looked online and there are software' avaiable to read data from the ECU, such as Ktag ecu programmer or FGTech Galletto 2-Master EOBD2. I have spent much time on it, starting mods on my car and beginning to add parts one by one. Is there a goog way to reprogram the ECU or do you guys know where that can be done.

You need to go to a mapper such as rs tuning. Do not attempt to adjust values on your ecu without knowing what you're doing.
