Is there any way of getting round not having an order number?

I've been trying to speak to someone at orange about my grannys phone but they say they can't check if the credit has been put on with me giving them an order number.
I've checked everywhere for the bloody thing, but can't find it. I have all other details such as sim number etc
I only want to find out if the credit which I paid for when ordering the phone was put on. I find it a bit odd that my gran has spent it since she's only phoned me once for about 3minutes!

So basically, my question is.. can i find out if the credit was put on with this order number, or shall i give in, stop being tight & buy her some more?
